The annual real estate fees are 0.75% of the property taxied value, with a maximum of SEK 8,437 for the year 2021. However, it is worth mentioned that there are some exceptions. For example, a newly built properties are exempt from real estate fees for a period of 15 years from the date of construction. In the case of retirees, the fees should not exceed 4% of their income.
